Project Brief
A housebuilder on an adjacent site for 100 houses was rquired to take drainage services over third party land owned by our client. Prime Land Consultants was asked to negotiate a wayleave orĀ easement agreement on behalf of our landowner client.
Challenges
Local Planning Authority were opposed to residential development and this was a longer term option site
Outcome
Prime Land Consultants negotiated substantial financial settlement for client. This took over 2 years because of contractual difficulties.
